1. Save Time - time is valuable and we need to spend it on things we love and that add both financial and emotional value to us. Looking at real estate at nights on the computer and viewing homes all day Saturday is not most peoples definition of time 'well spent'. I however do that for a living and can reduce the time you need to view properties because I'll ensure only ones within your brief are explored - on market, off market and pre market opportunities. Not all homes for sale are advertised, often sellers have personal / business reasons for this. It's my job to find these properties for my clients.

2. Buying property anywhere can be a stessfull experience, but especially in a location that you're not familiar with, laws, processes, documentation, agents hasve different pricing and negotiating stratergies, timing, auctions, muli offers - it really can be a mind field and stressful. My job is to alleviate this stress and know the answers to these scenarios. I encourage my clients to get emotionally involved in looking at property, mostly you'll be living there. I don't get emotional I deal with all the buying 'stuff' on your behalf and guise so the journey is enjoyable and transparent.

3. We all desire the best financial outcome when buying real estate. The selling agents job is to get the best price for their client the 'seller' and they often exceed expectations by using dialogue / stratergies and ploys that they've mastered by doing it every week. That puts buyers at a disadvantage and time and time again i've seen buyers satisfied that they've achieved a great result where in reality they have paid 50k / $100k more than they've needed to.
