One of the "oh right" moments I find when I introduce clients to the different locations on the Sunshine Coast is 'how close everything is'. Within 15 minutes of Noosa Heads, Coolum Beach, Maroochydore and Peregian Beach there are shops, schools, beaches, natural beauty including waterfalls, bushland, waterways including lakes amd rivers, rainforest, walking tracks, campgrounds, restaurants, pubs, views and lots of clean fresh air.

The penny starts to drop with clients "I can be close to everything i need and desire up here but have more choices of places to live because everthing is within reach and an easy commute. Plenty of roundabouts but very few traffic lights. Peak hour between 3pm - 4pm ( everyone starts their day earlier ) would be considered a light traffic day in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

So, when Lani and Liam decided their beautiful daughters would benefit from a lifestyle on the Sunshine Coast the usual towns came onto their 'brief' radar, Coolum Beach, Peregian Springs, Noosaville, Tewantin. Have you considered Yandina I asked, it's where my favourite coffee shop is ( Gun Cotton ). "we drove through didn't really grab us". On deciding to investigate further the discovery of community, shops, a Saturday Farmers market, childcare, schools, lifestyle and access to all the Sunshine Coast has to offer it was decided the right 'home' search should begin.

Lani and Liam have both found work, their girls are settled and they're making friends in the community. No looking back to the busy, noisy, hustle and bustle of Sydney it's tea in the garden, fresh air and weekend adventures.
